A9: Yes, nominal processing fee and administrative fee are necessary for publication (See subscription policy).

Q10:  When do I pay Article Publication fee?
A10: The manuscript fee will be deposited after acknowledgement of the manuscript and after that the manuscript will go under review process. The administration fee will be deposited after the manuscript gets accepted for publication.

Q11: How do I submit my manuscript?
A11: Authors should submit their manuscript through our online submission system at https://journals.aesacademy.org/index.php/aaes/login only.

Q12: Can I submit my manuscript to you even though it is published elsewhere?
A12: No. It will be the violation of publication ethics and best practices guidelines of the journal.
 
Q13: I want to publish my research paper. How can I start process?
A13: The authors cordially welcome to send their article(s) via an e-mail ( info@aesacademy.org ) attachment to the editor of journals or through online submission at the website (https://journals.aesacademy.org/index.php/aaes) of the journal.

Q14: Can I get an acknowledgement after submission of my manuscript?
A14: Yes corresponding author will be acknowledged and a manuscript number will be allotted.

Q15: We have submitted our paper by using email and did not get tracking number?
A15: For email submission author can get their manuscript tracking number after 24 hours of paper submission.

Q16: What is the peer-review process?
A16: In brief, peer-review is a process utilized by research journals and academic publications to assess the quality and validity of a research manuscript. In peer-review, ‘peers’ from the same field of research will evaluate the manuscript under question to give it a fair assessment for publication.

Q17: How long will it take to peer review my manuscript?
A17: Generally an article takes about 2 weeks for peer review and reviewer’s availability & terms.

A18: The manuscripts can be tracked online by our manuscript tracking system at https://journals.aesacademy.org/index.php/aaes or corresponding authors can contact us through email and get the status of his manuscript.

Q19: Is Copyright agreement form submission necessary for paper publication?
A19: Yes, copyright agreement form is mandatory with paper publication. Author must have submitted ‘Copyright agreement form’ to the Editor.

Q20: When I will get the acceptance letter, if my paper is accepted?
A20: Acceptance letter is provided just after the confirmation of receiving the publication fee from the author(s). It takes maximum 24 hours after get publication fees.
 
Q21: My paper was accepted but I have not received my proof, where is it?
A21: Your proof will be being processed and it will be sent to you when it is available. It can take 5-10 days to process a paper.
